26th EuroSimE Conference – A remarkable Event!

Utrecht | April 6 – 9, 2025

The 26th EuroSimE was a tremendous success, marking a major milestone in the field of advanced packaging and system integration.

The four-day event, held in the vibrant city of Utrecht, the Netherlands, attracted 180 delegates, bringing together a diverse group of professionals with a shared expertise in thermal, mechanical, and multiphysics simulation and experiments of micro/nano-electronics and microsystems. The program included six keynote speeches, 71 oral presentations, and 40 poster contributions—each providing valuable insights and sparking lively discussions.

Program Highlights:

A defining element of this year’s conference was its strong international diversity, with delegates from 24 countries underlining the global relevance of EuroSimE. One of the most memorable social highlights was the conference dinner at Leeuwenbergh, a stunning 16th century Gothic monument in the heart of Utrecht. This historic venue provided an elegant setting for informal networking and camaraderie among delegates.
