EuroSimE 2026 will be hosted at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Center Warsaw, a modern 4-star venue designed for productive meetings and comfortable stays. Located in a quiet area outside the city center, the hotel provides a distraction-free environment with a nature park close by. This setting perfectly supports what EuroSimE is all about: engaging discussions, meaningful exchange, and the close-knit community spirit that makes our conference special.
The hotel features a fully equipped conference center and spacious, modern guest rooms with high-quality amenities. Guests can also enjoy a large fitness and spa area, several bars, and professional concierge services, ensuring that everything you need throughout the event is conveniently available on-site.

- PLN 530 (approx. 125 euros) + 8% VAT per day – Standard Single Room

Please note that the conference venue (DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Center) is located on the outskirts of Warsaw. We recommend booking your hotel room directly at the conference venue. However, we have also reserved a limited number of hotel rooms in the city center at special rates, should you prefer to stay there.
